ITEM DESCRIPTION

Ultima Weather guard has been specially prepared for the exterior decoration of walls and ceilings. Ultima Weather guard is a low odour, which carries MAS eco-friendly logo. It can be applied directly to cement rendering, brick, stone, etc., in addition to plastered and soft board surfaces. Ultima Weather guard possesses excellent obliterating and spreading characteristics. It contains active fungicide to retard mould growth.

The porous nature of the film allows new surfaces to breathe and dry out easily.

Spreading Capacity : Approx 12 – 15 sq.m/litre per coat depending on porosity of the surface. Application of textured or porous surfaces will reduce spreading capacity. For best results apply 2 coats when redecorating although when re-painting a similar color, 1 coat may be sufficient. A third coat is recommended when coating new, unpainted walls and ceilings.

Instructions for use

Surface preparation : All surfaces must be sound clean and dry. loose and flaking paint, grease and dirt must be removed by a sustainable method. Two coat of MAS Ultima Weatherguard Emulsion is recommended.

Stir well before use.
Do not over thin.
Store in a cool dry place.

Water based paint for interior use. Do not eat, drink or smoke while painting, after contact with skin, wash immediately with plenny of soap and water. Always ensure good ventilation during application and drying. Handle with care. When applying it is advisable to wear eye protection. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

Emulsion

Suitable for use on plaster, bricks, stones, cement etc. Apply by brush or roller. The Paint is ready for use but may be emulsion thinned with little clean water to a suitable brushing / rolling / spraying viscosity.
