ITEM DESCRIPTION

MAS Undercoat Primer is water based eco-friendly primer, which converts a non-uniformly porous, under bound and alkaline cement and plaster surface into an inert non-absorbent uniform surface. Mas Undercoat Primer is a low odour, which carries MAS eco-friendly logo.

Application of this sealer, either directly on the surface or over putty, ensures uniformity of Shade and increase in the covering capacity of finished paint. Its high penetrating power in the plaster and presence of effective fungicide and Bactericides leave no chance for fungi to grow on the painted surface.

Spreading Capacity : Approx 10 – 12 sq.m/litre per coat depending on porosity of the surface. Application of textured or porous surfaces will reduce spreading capacity. For best results apply 2 coats when redecorating although when re-painting a similar color, 1 coat may be sufficient. A third coat is recommended when coating new, unpainted walls and cellings.

Instructions for use

Surface preparation : All surfaces must be sound clean and dry. loose and flaking paint, grease and dirt must be removed by a sustainable method. Two coat of MAS Undercoat primer is recommended.

Stir well before use.
Do not over thin.
Store in a cool dry place.
